Midwest Removal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

This policy explains what Midwest Removal collects when you use midwestremoval.com or ask us for a junk removal quote, what we do with it, and who else sees it. We are at 1402 Jones St, Omaha, NE 68102 — (402) 318-5241, info@midwestremoval.com.

What you give us

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about the job.

When you book online, we also collect the service address, a description of the items you want removed, your preferred date and time window, and up to three photos if you choose to upload them. If you use a coupon or promo code, we record which code you used.

When you apply for a job through our careers form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about yourself.

When you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect device and usage information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the search terms or ad campaigns that brought you here. We use cookies and similar technology for this.

When you submit a form, our server also records the page you submitted from and the country your connection came from, along with any campaign tags from the link you arrived on.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment card details on this website.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule and dispatch a crew, confirm your arrival window, follow up about your job, invoice you, respond to questions, review the quality of our service, and keep the business records we are required to keep.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and they only handle your information to provide that service to us:

  • Website hosting, storage and email — host the site, store form submissions and booking photos on servers in the United States, and deliver notification emails to our office.
  • Customer records — pass your name, email address and phone number into our customer system.
  • Call and form tracking — shows a tracking phone number so we can tell which ads and pages generate calls and requests.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads — measure how visitors use this site and which ads bring them here. Google and other ad partners may use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our crew, our customers or our property.

Photos you upload

Booking photos are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible. Our office receives them through links that expire after seven days. We use them to quote and plan your job, and we do not publish them or use them in marketing without your permission.

Cookies and third-party content

We use analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure how the site performs, track which ads lead to calls and requests, and show our ads to people who have visited this site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and the Network Advertising Initiative.

You can find information about managing cookies in common browsers here:

Some pages load content from other companies, which means your browser contacts them directly: Trustindex, which displays our Google and Yelp reviews; Google Fonts; Google Maps, for our location on the contact page; YouTube, in its no-cookie mode, for our videos; and OpenStreetMap, for our coverage map. Those companies see your IP address and browser information when that content loads, may set their own cookies, and handle that information under their own privacy policies, including Google’s and OpenStreetMap’s.

Your browser also stores campaign tags from an ad link for the length of your visit, so that if you submit a form we know which campaign brought you here. That is cleared when you close the tab.

Phone calls and call tracking

We use call tracking to understand which of our ads and pages generate calls. Phone numbers on this site may be tracking numbers that connect to us normally. When you call one, we collect your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the marketing source that led to it. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number on a form or over the phone, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Your phone number is never sold, and it is never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, bookings and job records for as long as we need them to run and account for the business, typically seven years. Booking photos are deleted within twelve months of the job.

Your choices

Email info@midwestremoval.com or call (402) 318-5241 and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except where we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, booking photos are stored privately, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging a service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above tells you when it last changed.
