Midwest Removal was very punctual and polite from the time I called to inquire about services, to the time they arrived with the truck. Drew and JD were friendly and efficient with their time. The price is a little steep but for the convenience of not having to transport heavy broken furniture, it was worth it to me, at the time. For reference they charge $250 to fill 1/4 of their truck. When it comes to heavier hauls, i would use Midwest Removal again.

Great crew that took junk from our garage, sunroom and basement. They did a great job and checked in along the way to make sure they weren’t taking anything they weren’t supposed to. Great experience from start to finish!

Andrew & Joe came promptly to provide a bid for removal of donated furniture as well as landfill items. They and their crew performed the work on time and as agreed. They all were easy to work with and very cooperative.

The guys were on time and stuffed their truck to the MAX!!! They took the time to break down items to fit in tight spots of the truck so you can fill it more. Since they charge by the truck load, this is extremely awesome that they are trying their best for you.

We called for an estimate on removal of a pile of railroad ties. Not only did they come out to give us a FREE estimate the same day, there was a crew in the area and they picked it up an hour later!! Friendly, FAST and made our problem go away. Highly recommend giving them a call!

Great service and fairly priced! We needed an armchair hauled away and already had it out by the curb. I was surprised to find out that services we've used in the past either don't do it anymore or charge an exorbitant (in my opinion) fee for the removal of one smallish item. I contacted Midwest via their website form for a quote, and Romeo got back to me within minutes. The team was able to pick up the chair today, I didn't have to be home at the time, and I was able to pay online. Romeo was courteous and friendly both via text and on the phone, and even sent me photographic proof of the chair's removal (before and after pics, which I found both amusing and a great idea!) Would definitely recommend Midwest Removal, and they'll be my first call if we need junk removal services again.

Midwest Removal did a great job removing an old, rusty shed and unused dog run out of my backyard. They treated our property with respect and left the back yard tidy and free of any debris that could hurt our dog. Their estimate was reasonable, and when there was some confusion about the price closer to the time of removal, they were quick to correct it. But mostly I was I impressed with their regular, clear, and transparent communication. When winter weather delayed the removal a few times, I wasn’t left hanging, wondering if I’d hear from them again. They communicated provocatively and professionally. In a day when quality customer service is rare, they hit the mark every time. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome service! Appreciated the text and email leading up to the actual appointment. The appointment itself was super smooth. The call 15 to 20 minutes out was perfect. Not only did it give me a time frame from the initial email/text, it also gave me the opportunity to be prepared once they arrived. I wish all commercial companies operated like this. Super friendly guys. Again, I wish more companies operated in such a jovial manner.
