Does the quote cost anything?

Not a cent. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation to book. If the number doesn’t work for you, the truck leaves and you owe nothing.

How does pricing work?

By volume — you pay for the space your items take up in the truck, so a single mattress costs a lot less than a full basement. The crew prices the job on site before loading anything, and specialty items like hot tubs, sheds, and concrete get a custom quote. Full breakdown on our pricing page.

How fast can you get here?

Often same day if you book before noon, and next day in most cases. Call us for same-day availability.

Do I have to be there?

Not always. For curbside or garage pickups we can handle it while you’re out and send you before-and-after photos plus an online payment link. Just leave access open and let us know when you book.

What won’t you take?

Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, and similar. We’re a hauling service, not a licensed hazmat disposal vendor. Our Things We Don’t Pick Up page lists it all and points you toward safe disposal.
